All our quotations, agreements, and all services and activities performed by us are subject to the Logistics Service Conditions. The District Court of Rotterdam, the Netherlands, shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Every booking or instruction shall be deemed to constitute unconditional acceptance of these Logistics Service Conditions. The applicability of any other general purchasing or delivery terms and conditions is expressly rejected unless expressly accepted by us in writing.
